Rick and Brooke are really great to work with. When you go with them, you cut through all the big business red tape and get to deal with real, honest, and down to earth people who genuinely want to help, not just make money. They are very knowledgeable about the business as well. We went to them for help with mold remediation on our RV. They were the first people that would help after I had called about 6 - 8 other companies that don’t do RV’s. Rick came and looked at it and knowing that the remediation job would cost more than the RV was worth he spent almost an hour with me going through the RV and thoroughly explained to me the process on how to get rid of it and offered to sell me some of his commercial products that are not available at retail stores. He’s gone way past the purview of the business for me and hasn’t made a dime off of me yet. These are the people that you want to trust with your time, money, and home/business when you have an emergency that needs to be taken care of the right way.

Rick & Chaz were not only efficient and thorough, they are just down-right GOOD PEOPLE. They showed up same day, they have answered every question, phone call, and/or text message. They worked around my schedule, even if it didn't much fit their own. They are very knowledgeable and very good at what they do and try their best to do what they can for their customer. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. You could tell by the way they took care of their own equipment that they cared about the quality of the service performed. It was my first ever water damage situation and homeowners insurance claim. Rick & Chaz helped us through the entire process. They just made the whole situation a lot easier to deal with for me.
